RENOVATION TAGESHEIMSCHULE ALOIS-AUER-STRASSE

Many years of neglect caused considerable damage to the historic building, which considerably restricted the use of the building (for
example danger of warping caused by falling facade plaster).
The building was renovated to the effect, that the façade has been restored to its original state, including partial renewal of ornamentation.
The windows were completely renewed and the basement was drained from the out-side and inside, including the repair of moisture
damage. After the renovation, the building can again be used without restrictions as a day-care school.
