RECONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION MONASTERY WURMSTRASSE, LINZ

RECONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION MONASTERY WURMSTRASSE, LINZ

In the general renovation of the historic monastery, handicapped-accessible nurses‘ rooms with their own bathrooms were
installed on the first floor. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were similarly designed to allow later use as nursing rooms.
On the ground floor, the interior corridor has been preserved and renovated. The rooms on the courtyard side serve as overnight
accommodation for visitors. The roof truss has been renewed and the top floor is used as an additional storage room.
The renovation of the facade has been adjusted to the appearance of the whole building complex.
At the interior design, long-life materials and friendly colours have been chosen.
