HARTLAUER HAUS
The entire sales area of the existing branch in a listed building in Steyr was modernised. The sales areas were optimised and partly enlarged by reorganising the existing use. In addition, the employees lounge rooms and a new customer toilets were newly placed.
The existing way was designed barrier-free by structuring the levels and installing ramps, the vertical development was supplemented by a steel-glass lift suitable for the handicapped. The objective was to create an attractive way with a view over several floors and the historic patio that could be experienced again.
