UNDERGROUND CARPARK MUSEUMSGARAGE (ELISABETHGARAGE)
On the undeveloped area between the regional court, State Museum and Elisa-bethinen Hospital the largest possible two-storey underground car park with 240 parking spaces was built. For this purpose, heavily frequented roads and footpaths had to be laid, urban mains have been secured and the excavation pit was partly en-closed by means of a dissolved bored pile wall and high-pressure floor grouting under the historic buildings of the museum and the regional court.
The garage was constructed in sealed concrete (white trough) and the driving and parking areas are coated with abrasion-resistant flooring.
Subsequent redesign of the museum Park and street and place design.
