OFFICE RENOVATION Rainerstrasse Linz – Flatreconstruction Top 11 (5. Floor)

In the existing former office building with multiple stories the tops on the fourth and fifth floor were completely renovated.
One top was converted into a flat and expanded with a roof terrace on its western side.
The office space was renovated and the existing interior construction was completely demolished. The expansion was implemented with the following qualities:

• contemporary, bright, friendly flat interior with wooden flooring/carpet flooring
• air conditioning
• full renovation of the sanitary rooms and the kitchen
• full renewal of the entire electrical installations
• full renewal of the flooring
• full renewal of all windows (incl. sun protection)
• construction of a roof terrace
